Return/Refund Policy

We have a 5 day return policy at this time.  Please read through our return policy that is located at the bottom of our website for more details.

 

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once your order has left our studio and has been shipped, they become the responsibility of the postal system and the customer.  Please contact the postal system directly to resolve any lost or damaged package issues. Although we are not responsible for lost packages, don't hesitate to reach out.  I may be able to offer some useful information for you!
